Terms of Service
Any purchases from me automatically means that you agree to all of my terms and regulations. I have the right to deny any commission if they do not align with any of my terms. These may change over time so please make sure you read all of them before commissioning me. If I do not respond to you within 48 hours of your request, most likely the commission was not accepted, and I do not have to explain why. If this happens, it is nothing personal. Please quietly let it be and find someone else to take the commission :)!! Consistent, deliberate breaking of these rules and harassment will not be tolerated. You will be blacklisted and unable to commission me again. !!THE PROCESSIf your commission is accepted, you must provide clear character designs and instructions for me to follow. You can either pay half the price or full price before I begin depending on what you’re comfortable with, and I will send you WIPs along the way to make sure it’s going how you want. Feel free to reach out any time to ask how it’s going. After I’m finished, if you decided to pay half price at the beginning, I’ll send a watermarked version for approval. You will then send over the rest of the money and I’ll give you the complete un-watermarked piece!COMMISSION PAYMENT AND REFUNDSI only accept USD and it must be through PayPal only.You must be able to pay within 48 hours of the PayPal Invoice.If I finish your commission and you are not satisfied, I will make MINOR edits to it so that you can be happy with it. I will not completely redo a drawing from scratch after I have already finished it.I don’t do refunds after I finish your commission, as I must still be paid for my time and work. If you are not satisfied with the WIP update I give you and want to cancel instead of having me fix it, I will refund the amount paid, but you will not be able to use the WIP I showed you in any way.USES OF MY ARTWORKI have full rights to all of my artwork and I have the right to revoke the use of them in particular manners.You may upload the art that you have commissioned to your socials, as long as proper credit is given.You can use my art personally as icons, wallpapers, etc, as long as you do not use them for commercial purposes or claim them as your own.I have the right to use commissioned images drawn by me in portfolios, journals, and in ways to advertise commission types.Do NOT repost my art without proper credit linking it back to me. (Blood, bones, basic wounds, and scars I do not consider excessive, so they are fine, with the exception of self-harm scars. Everything must be kept PG-13, so nothing that depicts graphic wounds, open bodies, etc.)Anything NSFW, 18+, sexualized, or fetish.Anything hateful to any group of people or anything containing political, religious, or controversial topics.Anything with visual ties to sorcery/dark magic, superstitions, or demonism. (To be clear, simply fantasy elements/characters with superpowers are fine! As long as it’s not tied to the things listed above.)Anything related to any holidays or birthdays.Realistic/life-like styles.Any TV, comic, movie art styles. I draw using my own style and all characters will be interpreted that way.Heavily romantic scenes. Two characters in a scene who are in a relationship, or mildly romantic scenes, are fine. Poses/actions that are too heavy on the romance may make me uncomfortable to draw.If commissioning a PMV or animatic, the audio used must be clean. (no swearing, sexual themes, or other offensive lyrics/dialogue)
